Can I request a custom artwork?

Keep in mind that custom pieces of art may take longer to create than pre-made art prints, so be prepared to wait for your custom piece to be completed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow up to 10 business days for your product to reach you within NZ. All orders are packaged carefully and all orders are tracked via NZ Post.
Do you provide international shipping?
If you are located outside of NZ, please contact us prior to ordering so that we can provide you with a quote for shipping and insurance.
Do you accept returns?
At Colours Of The Coast art gallery, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have a 30-day period from the date of item delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs for change of mind, and any cost associated with returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
